The location was nice! Very close to the palace. There are lots of hanbok stores and restaurants nearby. The host was very kind even though he doesn't speak English. I love the heated floors! I really enjoyed it and the breakfast was delicious!

I really liked the stay. I just wished the host made us pay for our stay right at the beginning when we checked in or at least remind us that we will need to pay afterwards. I completely forgot that I haven’t paid him yet, because for all my other stays, they already took out the money from my account. When it was time to leave I asked him to call a taxi, and because he didn’t speak English, when he showed me the price on his phone, I thought it was the price for the taxi taking us to the airport. So after he helped put our luggage’s in the taxi he kept pointing to his phone. And I was so confused on what he meant but I finally realized he was asking for us to pay for our stay. And I wasn’t sure if I paid or not, but gave him the money. We felt rushed bc our taxi guy was waiting for us. It wasn’t until we were on our way to the airport that I remember reading something on the website about not paying until after our stay. So it was partially my fault too. But other than the miscommunication I really enjoyed having a traditional Hanok experience! I would really recommend it!

Pillows are quite not comfortable. Location is on the hill so it's quite tried to get there.

The guesthouse is amazing!! The host did his best for us and he made everything super comfortable! The breakfast is very tasty and the neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. The premises are extremely clean. Thank you!!

Amazing location, authentic stay in Hanok, the owner was very nice and helpful to get there. The decoration is authentic and esthetic, very charming. Very quiet area at night.

Don’t chose to sleep there if you have back issues because the traditional Korean mattress on the floor is not the most comfortable but it is part on the Hanok experience.

The guesthouse is fantastic, beautifully located in the heart of Bukchon Village. It's a bit of an uphill walk to get there but you are rewarded with nice views. We stayed in room with private bathroom, the only small minus is that its adjusted to the kitchen divided with thin door only so you can hear everything that is going on there at any time of the day. Regardless the place is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a local ambient and stay at a traditional place. The owner's hospitality and helpfulness is outstanding.

Authentic hanok experience - house style and furnishing.., the floor beddings.. the breakfast served, etc. Host is very accommodating allowing us to leave our baggage even after our checkout, and even booked our taxi to the airport. Property is also close to a bus stop.

Great location just at the border of the Hanok village - close to the attraction, but without noise and crowd. Excellent host, finds out every wish you could have, very polite, careful. The place is very close to the major attractions on foot or with public transport.

This is nothing negative, rather factual: the thing that you sleep on is not a bed rather a mattress - this fits very well to the traditional image of the house, but not the most comfortable thing to sleep on.

A beautiful traditional Korean house with washing machine and good facility in the bathroom.

If budget is allowed, suggested to book a more large room as this bathroom is separated and located in the common area.

Awesome !!! The host is very friendly and helpful. The hanok is beautiful, located in a quiet place in Bukchon village. You can go there by bus and then walk a bit.

숙소도 깔끔했고, 식사도 정갈하고 만족했습니다

사장님께서 넘 깨끗하시구 친절하셔서 잘 쉬다 갑니당ㅎㅎㅎ오랜만에 가족 상봉해서 온돌방에 나란히 누워 자니 정말 좋았어요

전혀없어용 광화문 시위로 시끄러운건 어쩔수없는거였구 넘 만족스러웠어요

외국친구들이랑 갔는데, 한옥에다가 북촌마을 안에 위치해서 숙소 안밖으로 한국의 멋을 보여줄 수 있어서 너무 만족했습니다. 호스트분도 친절하시고 많은 정보주셔서 하루였지만 알차게 보낼 수 있었어요. 당일 저희팀 포함 총 3팀이 같이 묵었는데 한옥 특성상 모두 섹션이 나뉘어져 있어서 좋았습니다.

거실과 방이 연결된 미닫이문이 아무래도 틈이 있다보니 거실 소음이 좀 들려서 일찍 기상하게 됩니다 ㅎㅎ

방안이 깨끗하고 아침식사 맛있었습니다 이용하는 곳이 전반적으로 깔끔하고 정리정돈이 잘 되어있어 좋았습니다.

정말 깨끗하고 주인분께서도 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 미국에서 여행 온 친구에게 한옥을 보여주고 싶어서 선택했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요.

숙소가 깔끔했고, 북촌 꼭대기에 있어서 왼쪽으로 내려가면 인사동, 익선동으로 가는 버스가 있고 오른쪽으로 내려 가면 카페거리를 갈 수 있어서 접근성이 좋았다.

아늑하고 편안하게 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 아이들도 아주 좋아했구요. 아침 식사는 아이들이 편의점 경험을 하고 싶어해서 밖에서 먹었습니다

청결하고 비가와서 난방도 틀이주셔서 뽀송하고 따숩게 잤네요. 아침 조식타임 시간을 못 맞췄는데 과일주셔서 맛있게 먹었네요.

베개가 넘불편해요.

아늑한 한옥이었고 길가였는데도 웃풍이 없어서 따뜻했어요. 단지 높은 지대에 있어서 걸어가는데 좀 힘들긴했는데 그것도 하나의 장점이라면 장점이겠죠. 뷰가 넘 이뻤어요.

1) 방이 정말 따뜻함. 서울 하루 구경하러 왔다가 따뜻해서 정말로 잠만 자다 감. 2) 5성급 호텔 뺨치는 청결. 화장실에 떨어진 것 주워먹어도 될 정도. 3) 보통 대도시에서는 볼 수 없는 자연뷰. 서울 한복판 한옥 작은 창문 너머로 산과 한옥 처마가 보이는 게 아주 인상적임. 4) 조식이 넉넉하고 아주 깔끔함. 특히 과일 챙겨주셔서 좋았음. 5) 오너 친절하심. 무심하신 듯 하면서도 꼼꼼하게 알려주시고 챙겨주셨음. 깨끗한 곳에서 안락하게 지내다 가시고 싶으시면 꼭 하늘채로 가세요 :)
